I love the rook a lot for some reason I think it’s cause he goes straight which I consider one of the more powerful and cool abilities in chess and even though the queen can do everything (except do what the knight does) the rook looks cool; being a castle. The rook is also like that guy who can be a clutch cause he kinda chills in the back for awhile but, then comes out like a powerhouse. The rook is just awesome; he feels like the torque of the chess pieces.

Queen! I don't care about wearing a dress if I can jump all over the place and capture things. What's this king anyway? One space? Is he old and decrepit? I am queen! I figure I'm like Daenerys Targaryen breathing fire on those rooks and tricky knights. "I got my dragons!"

  My king is my sugar-daddy. That's why he can only wheelchair one space. I'm flying on a dragon! Knights think they're all dad on their horses moving in their weird ways across the battlefield. Eat my dragon wildfire, bitch knights! Neighhh! I'm having horse meat for dinner!

The knight.

The knight is a piece with the unique property of being able to bypass pieces in its way, while also being a reliable counter to both the rook and bishop. By extension, this makes it the only piece that can reliably counter the Queen as well.

Protective personality, clever. Knowlage and proper form are my allies. Straight forward offense. Fast recovery. Fantastic partners for knights and awkward pairing with bishops. A pawns worst enemy. And a queens savoir. Loyalty to the king. Put two of us together and become unstoppable.

White king is very powerful if 2 knights or queen protect this figure. Queen can move straight and diagonal over several fields, king just one but queen is dispensable king is not.

Realistically the King. I move slowly and need to be protected at all times. Then when the battle is over I go out on the field and shoot the survivors.
