Why do skinny people have a problem with getting zombies off of them during the zombie apocalypse?

It’s just that when a zombie or some zombies grab on, and hold a skinny person. The skinny person has a problem with pushing, or getting the zombie off of them.

Low muscle desnity perhaps. The body has natural inhibitors in place to prevent you from exerting too much force on your muscles so you don't hurt yourself.

Zombies don't have that inhibitor on account of being dead.

So skinny people with low muscle density would have a lot of trouble with with an opponent like that.
