Not mine but I was reading about Haiku and mental health this year.

The voices just scream.
I’d do anything at all
Just to make them stop.

Do you see my friend?
He visits me at dark times.
But never sees light.

Shadows pass like ghosts.
They are hunting me for sins
I have imagined.

Also

You must help yourself.
It will take very hard work.
To give love less pain.
