Ladies, where do you draw the line on "nudity" in the entertainment?

When it comes to watching TV, movies, especially in forms like comic books:

What is an acceptable amount of skin to show? What body part should "always" been hidden no matter what? Does the activity (nothing sexual) they are involved in matter?
What is your personal opinion?

This question is not meant to give anyone permission to say showing boobs, butts, and private parts is okay. It's not intended to be insensitive, immature, or objectify any woman (real or fictional).

For the record, Batgirl has to go to a nudist colony to find Catwoman. This is not sexual in nature.

All the Images above are acceptable to me. Personally I really dislike that women are shown more revealing where as you mostly just see men without a shirt on.
The same with sex scenes.
I'd rather we didn't have them but that's a topic for another question.
Tastful. Something that leaves my imagination wondering.
In comic books women generally tend to be very feminine in shape and if it's a action hero type thing they were very tight revealing clothes anyways so I basically can already imagine her naked.

And things like showing average size/shape women in real or functional clothing where they might only show their arms, shoulders, and belly is not offensive to you?

Should men be shown wearing less clothing or more clothes?

I think all of these images are ok. However, in movies, tv shows women show up naked more often than men, I don't like that.
Nudity is something normal since we all have a body and we all do certain activities naked but sometimes it's too much.
I do think that sexual activities should be shown less.

Honestly those are all fine to me, but when it's television shows and movies where it has some sex scene that doesn't need to be showed and or it's over the top explicit, it is honestly annoying. It could be showed like a make out or something then switch to the next scene. But I guess people find it attractive to have a sex scene in movies.

I don't quite get how your sentence is phrased but, but sex in movies just seems like a meaningless thing, no actual emotion to it, other than acting so it ruins it because people get those weird fantasies and they assume sex is going to be like what it is on the television. It should have meaning, value, and emotion in it. But again movies, like take Netflix shows, they always have to add sex into them and it's annoying lol

I’ve thought about this, since I wanted to be a actress when I was young.

I don’t mind being naked, just as long my acting partner was comfortable and helping me out. (I already walk naked around my place sometimes 😅. When I’m alone). But, I also want to capture younger audiences with my innocences and laughter. I don’t want to become a bad role model for kids. From doing innocent scenes to something so provocative.

I HATE cut scenes leading to quick sex scenes. It’s awkward and weird.

I let the story build up without tension and two lovers embracing each other.

Yes. And doesn't have to be inherently sexual scenes. But simple things too. A man shirtless can can be hanging out with his buddies. We do it too (well, sorta)

I'm not "offended" by the showing of skin, and I don't understand why it's even an issue.

I agree that their shouldn't be an issue with showing skin. Women have naturally beautiful skin and shouldn't be ashamed to show it out of fear for being called names.
