Will an upload speed of 7mbps be a good speed for streaming?

Uploading speeds are irrelevant for streaming.. It's the download speeds you should be concerned with.

download speed is 6 and sometimes 7

In the definition that my speed allows me as long as the speed of the transmission flows well.

In that case, anything upwards of 3 or 4 mbps for streaming will suffice. Just remember though that if other people are using that connection too, you have to allow extra.
