List of serial killer series and movies plss? Like dexter hannibal?

Only one I'm aware of besides Dexter is Medium. But it's not really a serial killer show so much as a cop show that most frequently deals with serial killers. And it's only partially a cop show as they add a supernatural/psychic element to it. It went on for several seasons but the novelty of it kind of drops off after season 4 or so - writers seemed to run out of clever ways to make the psychic thing be compelling and instead just had it be a "reveal the whole plot at the end of each episode" device.

As far as a movie there is The Cell and Seven. Both were kind of bland, in my opinion, but other people liked them.
