You happen across a beach in the woods, what do you do?

You find a picturesque beach located peculiarly in the midst of dense forest.

A cool breeze carries with it the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls and rich meats cooking. You follow the smell to a lavish camp site with silk tents, couches, pillows, tobacco and wine, an inviting fire and a table and chairs set with a fresh cooked feast on fine plates and cutlery.

You look for any sign of the camps owner but nobody else seems to be around. Not even any tracks in the sand.

Just the faint, oddly musical sounds of the wind. It's a little chilly, the warm fire crackles as if in invitation, you're a feeling a bit tired. What do you do?

I would continue my walk in the area and go down to the lake. And say it and wait for the sun to start going down. Then I would get up and go back to the campsite to see if anybody was there. And if somebody was there I would introduce myself. Hoping to be invited for the scrumptious meal that I saw.

You return to the camp as night falls. You think you hear a faint conversation or possibly even giggling in the distance.

When you arrive you notice the food still fresh and hot, and the fire burning high, as though the scene had been tended by servants only moments ago, or as if completely unchanged since you were here last.

The cold night air chills you down the spine and you're stuck by fatigue and hunger.

What do you do?

I call out again who's there. Try to find out who is giggling. I would sense somebody would be watching me. I would first probably take a small taste and listen for sounds again. I am always on guard. I am very suspicious of what goes on. Small portions not trusting who left it behind.

The food is good, very good, almost absurdly delicious in fact.

For a moment you're distracted by the taste. When you come back to your senses you hear the sound of a distant baleful horn sounding. Followed by nearer unseen giggling and clapping, though it quickly fades.

Looking up you notice the northern aurora borealis seems to be quite prominent, you are however still alone in the comfort of the camp.
