I go with the Power Wagon. My next door neighbor had one. He welded a derek onto the front bumper to use with the winch. It had a PTO in the front to use as a winch. It would go anywhere.

That’ll run out of gas quickly though then your stuck with a bank vault with no capability to drive.

Different tools for different jobs. The Power Wagon is the most general purpose of the three. The tracked vehicle is a specialty vehicle, and the Jeep thing is more of a rock crawler, though not a super extreme one. The open cabin means it's designed mostly for low-speed work, as it would be too dusty for higher speed driving.

Which is great on a fairly good road, but not very useful in lots of off-roading, where single-digit MPH speeds are the norm because going any faster will break things.
