What Disney classic do you think is underrated?

Mine is Robin Hood. It had a great voice cast for the day but came out in the Early mid 70s when Disney wasn't exactly at it's hottest.

Lots of them. Even though I am sure I am going to savaged, my vote goes for Song of the South. There is a fundamental misunderstanding that this movie is racist. Nearly everyone that makes that claim has never seen it. Those that have seen it and still claim racism are failing to understand the setting. Those are not slaves. The film is set after the Civil War. They are free people working on the farm. Remus at one point threatens to quit. He isn’t ignoring that he was a slave. He’s trying to male the best of his life and being kind to those around him.
It is certainly true that the portrayals of southern blacks, especially the animated characters is uncomfortable. The way they talk and act like stereotypes, but for the context of the time it was released in, it is actually remarkable how well they are portrayed. and no more awful than other films that are still celebrated. The crows in Dumbo come to mind as an example.
As for Disney himself being racist his own actions dispute this. The movie premiered in Atlanta where Jim Crow was still very much alive. Walt was going with all of the cast and crew to the premiere and when he was told the hotel they were to stay in would not let the black cast members stay there, but were happy for the white ones, he relocated the entire group to a different hotel at his own expense and did so quietly so that he could avoid embarrassing the black members of the cast. That story only came out years after he died when author Jim Korkus began a series of interviews to write about Walt Disney from people who knew him. (The vault of Walt. Good books)
Other overlooked gems would include Summer Magic, The Medfield films, Victory Through Airpower, the I’m no Fool series, and the George Geef shorts

As far as my answer to your question, I think the two greatest Disney cartoons ever made were Peter Pan and 101 Dalmatians. (Though I don't know if either one of them is underrated, because they're both quite popular.)
