List their powers and abilities and "power scale" for example in pounds or tons how much they can lift, how fast are they, how durable, energy abilities, etc.

Human form is 5'7" tall and 135 pounds
Motivation: Revenge due to Neutron Girl's friends killing several of her offspring.

Durability: Unobtainium scales, claws, and teeth
Abilities: Mist form, lightning form, breathes lightning, Polymorph: Self, Transmutation, Dimensional Blades in human form.

I see I used a bad example villain, because I used my most powerful villain first. I already have Scion: The Everlasting, who is an Eye-Tyrant.

That was your Most powerful Villian 😆 I Would Suggest You make your villains more powerful because mine is the definition of Power
And my villains ability to silence Anybody to death is pretty powerful so Upgrade your Villian cause your Villian is no match for mine
