Can you help invent an interesting super villain?

Will be Class 4 where most of my heroes are class 3. The heroes will need to team up against the villain, and I have like 10 heroes now in my novel.

Submit ideas with name, codename, gender, height/weight hair color ethnicity, super powers, history/origin story and motives, etc. Th e more you write the better.
