Why did Will, Jonathan, Joyce and El move at the end of season 3?

So we’re up to the 4th season Stranger Things and this may or may not contain spoilers. So at the end of the third season we saw Will, El, Jonathan and Joyce officially leave Hawkins. But one thing I wanna know is why did they move in the first place
