It's basically a whispering pleasure for your ear certain people use it too fall asleep certain people use it too relax other people use it for other things but me personally I don't listen too it nor use it for anything

I like to watch ASMR videos but I am not triggered to have an ASMR by them. Indeed, lots of ASMR videos with unnecessary crinkles and pops are annoying so I avoid those.
