OK I'm properly going to have an unpopular opinion.

Disney is aimed at kids with the story, the aminations etc. We all watched it at a young age. These stories created out imaginations, shaped our personalities. Some of us still watch them or go to Disney land etc.

It's something you know you can share with your children that's a part of your childhood.
Kids don't need to know about same sex kissing, most say ewwww then they see kissing in general.

You as parent guilds then in an age appropriate way maybe when they start asking questions or they've seem same sex kissing on a different platform.

To pull Disney out on its decades of classic movies for not showing same sex kisses is stupid. Disney is also full of fairlytales and happy endings, real live isn't like that at all but that isn't spoke upon.

Let kids be kids, let them enjoy the few years they have with no judgements.

I wouldn't mind seeing a straight up gay couple in the films I mean hell those fan fics of Rapunzel and Elsa dear lord! There's gay all around us at this point, can't see much reason to not have a gay based Disney movie and I think there's amazing stories to be told with that.

Yeah the lions are most likely related according to film theory and one of those princesses was asleep as the dude was kissing her so I'm pretty sure that's a crime

I'm allergic of kissing scenes no matter if from Disney movies or simple movies, straight or gay. Simply cringe. Do they have to show so much to kiddos?
