How do you feel about a couple kissing in kids movies?

I never really saw the big deal with even showing nudity, sex, and violence to kids. Parents didn't mind this when I was a boy. I grew up on Hokuto No Ken in kindergarten and all my fellow kindergarten students loved the show:
https://www.youtube.com/embed/28qIgsDEzck It's maybe a big cultural difference but I went to the US over summer and Christmas vacations to visit my American side of the family (I'm half-American on my mother's side) and I noticed the boys were often a lot more violent in their roughhousing and playing and even doing things like shooting each other with BB guns. Yet on TV they were watching very tame things like Sesame Street.
So this idea that exposing children to what certain people might call adult content makes them misbehave more never really clicked with me. I actually think being exposed to such things at a younger age helps us mature a bit faster and not, say, need trigger warnings or safe spaces as adults.
It's a normal thing in life. It's not sex. If they have parents that love each other, it's likely they've seen them miss more than a few times. They learn that kissing is a symbolic representation of love and how to convey it. I would say it's a good thing.
Kiss***
I remember I used to go around kissing people as a kid, lol.
I think it’s fine. I use to kiss my family, friends, and the person who was the door holder in kindergarten.
pfft where was my kiss?
jk i was too busy playing nintendo while drinking chocolate milk lol
damn. bad luck on my part hehe :P
It's a sign of love so I don't think there's anything wrong with them seeing it. We need more love in this world.

it's a bit much usually. I preferd like kiss on the cheek... showing endearing love.
Why? is this really be bad for kids to see?
it depends on age. it can be too much, depends whats depicted. kids just repeat what they see. I'm just saying I prefer endearing love at those ages rather than some other things that could be done.
so what if kids repeat a kiss? is that bad?
it can be or it can be ok. If there's love with it probably alright. if's aggressive, resistive, etc.. no. a peck is ok a long kiss maybe not.
I'd use judgement and that's that.
kisses are affectionate things, but can be abused as well. I wouldn't want a 1st grader kissing my kid because saw in movie, ya know... not right... invasive.
easily solution is to turn off the tv and movies, which I generally have. Read books...
feel like a lot of kids see much worse than cartoon characters kiss lol
so this is not gonna corrupt them?
no they're not even like kissing in a sexual way
They wouldve seen people kissing in their life already, it's as normal as using the bathroom. Can't picture exactly what would make it inappropriate
It’s fine. Kissing is PG. A lot of young girls (and some young boys) like romantic movies even as kids.
Made me want love more and more from an early age on
If kids are allowed to see a mouse or a duck acting and speaking like humans,
then two kissing persons can't cause much harm.
not big deal as long as its only a kiss n nothing more besides kids nowadays r seeing lot of messed up things both on media n real life
not weird unless it suggests anything sexual, context matters, & if it’s too long to be friendly
I take it you mean on-screen.
I think it is fine; most kids aren't interested in it - when I was a kid I'd be all c'mon, enough of this BS, get on with the story.
Not a big deal. I'm sure kids see mommy and daddy kissing at one point.
It’s honestly just a kiss, kids will know that anyway. As long sexual intercourses isn’t involved.
What would be a reason to consider a lovely kiss as bad and not for kids?
A for breaking a curse with love.
C for simply loving.
It's not like kids don't see people kissing in real life so why would it make a difference
nothing wrong with that, or a popcorn surprise.
Not a big deal. It shows love.
Was the sleeping beauty kiss, SA?
Kids often see their parents kiss, so...
Indifferent.
