No different than seeing straight couples kiss on tv. I don’t understand people who think that same sex relationships being shown on tv is “poisoning” children’s minds. At the end of the day, those people are just projecting their homophobia if they don’t feel that straight couples being shown is also “poison”.

I don't mind. I don't like it so much sometimes being heterosexual, but I figure maybe it's the same thing when homosexuals see heterosexual scenes.

The one thing I don't like is when writers seem to make a big deal out of a character's sexual orientation. It becomes distracting when that seems to be a fundamental part of their identity.

A show that depicts both homosexual and heterosexual relationships very nicely in my opinion is the Spartacus series:

There they have homosexual main characters like Nasir, Agron, and Barca but they don't make a big deal out of it just like they don't make a big deal out of heterosexual characters being heterosexual. I like that because I want to focus on the characters and not so much their sexual orientation.

Spartacus probably isn't for kids but I just wanted to use that as an example of a show that doesn't make a big deal out of it. I think when writers make a big deal out of it, it actually kind of has the opposite effect of what I think we should be striving towards which is to see it as no big deal. Some people are homosexual and it's not a big deal.

I don't mind it, but it really annoys the shit out of me when they hold the shot for way too long... Like literally double the amount of time as if it were straight people.

Reminds me of how my gay friend says it makes him feel seeing straight or lesbian kissing scenes.

Prewatching all the kids shows my child will be watching cause there is so much awful crap in them now and in the 90s.

Loved some but others is like clearly bullying being ignored and mistreated! Often the bully is helped by the teacher being dumb.

at young age I won't get my kids exposed to sick media, their brains still not fully developed n I prefer em to consume good, healthy visuals
once they r older n by older I mean they r old enough to think for emselves n decide then they can watch anything they want
having a kid is big responsibilty n they can't just be left to watch anything on the sick media of nowadays
