I totally love it. It helps us get calm and we enjoy the beautiful sky and the slow wind that blows through the grass.
When we lie down and look at the sky... it's beauty rises and makes us realize how big and beautiful the world it.
It is a very magical feeling and we are fully in that moment.
As long as there’s no goose 💩 or snake 🐍 slithering and annoying bugs to bite me, yes I’ll lay on the grass. We used to lay on the grass as kids with my cousins counting the stars ⭐️ at night at our grandparents’ house 🥹🥹🥹 Yo what fertilizer you’re using, your grass is dope!
Lying in the grass, looking at the sky and nature, is a great way to relax. Later in the day is better... don't want the morning dew to get you all wet. And watch out for dog poop.
Lying in the nude (or with as little on as possible, don't want to scare the neighbors) is really really nice.
Thanks for the mho
It's great, although if you're sensitive to grass rash, using a blanket or carpet to lay on works too.
You can achieve a similar feeling when floating on a calm body of water, moreso if you can enjoy a starry sky. Just stay close to the beach.

I love laying on the grass I love walking barefooted on the grass I love walking barefoot in dirt we have an energy band and energy filled and electromagnetic field that surrounds the Earth and when you feel sick or you feel down take off your shoes and walk outside on the concrete on the asphalt in the grass and it will rejuvenate you we are made from water and atoms atoms broke down equals energy this whole planet is energy the universe is energy we are all one we are all meant to be one with the universe and each other everything would be different if we were
Sore subject.
The city approved 500,000+ new homes, but the people who have lived here many decades are supposed to conserve water.. hence dead grass everywhere.. except the people who refuse the ridiculousness.
I may or may not have grass.
Oh, and yes. My dogs and my playground. Good times to be had on nice thick grass.
Yes. Lots of parks. 😎
Sorry to vent in your Q. lol Been a unique three days. Not usually a venter.
Absolutely, especially if the grass is super soft, and sky is clear. The stars remind us of how big the universe is, how small we are, and how amazing it is to even be a part of it all.
Yeah I love it more so if it's wilderness, but you got to be careful of creepy crawlies, or be ok with them, because we have loads here, I used to sleep at least 15 minutes in the bush everyday almost.
Well mosquitos are considered the most dangerous animal that has ever lived, killed more people with disease than any other creature. So it's funny you said that, also it's been discovered genetics is key to being attractive to mosquitos or not.
Watch out for bugs and dog shit...
Joking aside, yeah, it's a hygge mood all in itself to lay on a field of grass.
I don’t trust it. There’s poop and pee in that thar grass.
I finally had a chance to do that today! What a great treat- been working all week on bathroom inside, missed a bunch of sun this week.
Yeah for sure I find a lot of bliss just chillin in nature. Bonus points if the weather is nice lol
I've been at it too lately. It's so simple but so amazing.
Yes but definitely not on the ftickin St Augustine grass of Florida. I hate to even walk in this rough plush filled with red ants.
No. I don't need chiggers biting me all over. I'll do this on rooftops and pickup beds but fuck the grass. Thats an itchy mess.
I live in the country and have minimal light contamination so I love laying on my shop roof and staring at the stars.
No I have this fear I might step on and lay on the weed with tornado in it. It kind of looks like dandelions but with thorns.
Where I grew up laying on the grass in the cool evening was the blast. Where I live now if you lay out on the grass anytime of the day during the spring to Fall you get a little bug on you called a chigger. Those bugs are not fun they hurt and itch at the same time.
I have to lay down on a blanket on the grass cause I live in Florida and we have fire ants lol.
I love lying in the grass and we picnic by the creek across the road often on a blanket on the pasture grass.
I do not like laying in grass. But I will put out a blanket in the grass and lay on that haha the grass makes me itchy so I need my skin covered!
I sure do... it is very nice sometimes
even if I keep thinking of Lyme disease in the background of my mind
still, is very relaxing at times... lol (=
very rare to happen, but some deer ticks and lone star ticks out there... lol
can transmit a few blood viruses
but still, a nice field of grass is a favorite of mine
me neither... lmao
not on the wild
@NathanDavis Do you have any eucalyptus trees in your area? Sprinkle them around your own grassy area. They naturally repel fleas and ticks.
@dustybiker not sure but... I don't think we have that many ticks either, lol
in about four years, my cats never got them and they have access to outdoors
You're lucky on the ticks. It's a daily job to pick them off my dog.
I'd rather sit on a lawn chair. Because bites are painful.
Except for the bugs and potential allergens. If I had a creek or a pool nearby, it wouldn't be too big a deal.
I don't like it, it seems nasty to me. But to each their own.
im currently laying in the sky watching the grass wondering if I spill this water how long itll take to hit you
No. Because of ants. I have a bad history with ants this year.
Nah, that's too crazy for me. You clearly live life on the edge.
I love it when I lay down on the soft grass while the breeze blows in my face.
I like it, there's a sense of serenity about it but I won't lie the itchy feeling afterwards always makes me regret it lol
Oh yes, it's a great feeling. As a busy mom I don't get to do it much. It reminds of school field trips and summer camp. Simpler times with simpler problems. In fact, I am going to find a way to do it soon. Thanks for this question!
Not really as I got attacked by a bunch of red ants 😅 I had a lot of ant bites all over my body.
I love it.
I'm actually allergic to bluegrass, but as long as I don't see those little white flowers in it, I will lie down. The ground is cooling and it makes you feel grounded.
It depends if it's like super muggy outside cause if it's muggy than when I lay down on the grass my legs will be super sweaty and itchy
I really enjoy that even though the body itches afterwards
I do it with some matt. I don't lie down directly into the grass. Unless if I'm about to take a bath.
Yea if its mowed down and there are no ticks and I check if there aren't to many ants
I love green lawns, the sound of the wind, clear blue skies and quietness.
Yes, I love laying in my back yard.
Nah. I don't like bugs.
I’m allergic, so… no. Lol.
That sounds nice, so yeah 😄
Nooooo! I'd have to put something down first like a blanket
Too many deer ticks that carry Lyme disease where I live. Safer to sit on the porch swing and look to the heavens!
yeah i love it. just gotta be careful or that green grass is gonna give you a green ass. Embarrassing to have grass stains and not realize it when you're out in public.
luckyyyyy. It happens to me a lot. Maybe the grass is wet too often when I lay down on it. lol
add me add me 😁
It does feel nice and refreshing, especially on a nice autumn day with book in hand
if insects didn't exist then sure lol
yeah lol
yes i like so much
bro your back yard is the size of my whole church.
What?
that's an impressive yard
Nah that ish get itchy after awhile lol
I love your backyard. And no. It causes itching.
I love it until ants start eating me alive
I haven't done that in many years
It would be nice... life is passing me by... fast.
Not particularly, but it doesn't bother me.
yes, I like it and do it once in a while.
No. I hate and avoid stepping on grass.
No, but just because of fleas, 🐜 and ants.
Hey, follow me back. It's me. For some reason I got reported, again
Eventually it itches I don't know why
Yes it’s relaxing at the park
Yeah but then I think bugs are getting on me
Yes of course. It's great feeling
Yeah, I like it.
I don't like it, I love it.
I do enjoy it
Not where I live, too many ticks.
