Why do people think that only celebrities can look good?

I think that people think celebrities look better than the average person because a celebrities job is largely to look good for whatever role they're going into. They have all the money and time in the world to maintain a healthy diet, a stress-free life, a full-on makeup team, the highest of fashions, etc. And people seeing those celebrities with the absolute most effort done possible to look good for the camera, makes them think that those celebrities just naturally look better than everybody else.

I've never had that idea... lol

and the vast majority of the people in my life do not have that mindset either

those ideas might be from people that have some sort of body or image or self esteem issues, fixations with celebrities... it is not normal thinking...

I don't know who thinks that. But if anyone does, probably because they spend who knows how much time in make-up rooms and on personal training.
