Have you ever seen any of the 'American Pie" movie series?

I have seen a couple of the movies.

The first two are a couple of my favorites. American Pie 2 is one of very few sequels that I think is close in quality to the original, in any genre. The Wedding and Reunion ones had their moments, but weren’t as good. I love Stiffler, but they made him…I don’t know…too much, after the second movie. Like he wasn’t a cool guy who happened to be an asshole who was funny anymore, they turned him into a cariacature of himself, and the whole thing turned into “what gross thing will happen to Stiffler in THIS installment?” It was fine in small measure because he’s such a dick to people, which is the funniest type of comedy to me, insult humor…but when the one gross thing per movie would happen to him, that would be his comeuppance that you could sort of root for. But he just turned into this pathetic character. I guess they had to make him a little more multi-dimensional after a while, I think I just preferred the one-note joke where he was the dickhead jock at their school who’d have a well-timed cutting remark.

I didn’t even bother with all the knock-off ones that didn’t have the original cast, the Band Camp one, Naked Mile, etc. I think my lady said she rented one of with her ex-bf back in the day, and they couldn’t even get through it, it was so bad, haha.

LOL I've seen all eight. There were the four original ones, and four more that were not considered to be "officially" part of the originals, but were knock offs of sorts. The last four were pretty racy. There was one that was called "Beta House". I think it was number seven. It looked like they were trying to make another "Animal House" from 1978, but it was closer to rated "X".

Seen them. Gotta say back in the day it was the biggest collection of hot young actresses. Shannon Elizabeth, Menai Survai, Tara Reid, Alison Hannigan, Natasha Lyonne.
