What do you think about my quote?

"Sometimes you have to cut a board with just a pencil" This popped in my head the other day when it came to making something work with limited resources. So usually when you cut something you measure draw a line and then cut. So in this case all you have is a pencil and not the saw or tape measure.

A quote is a quote & as for your quote it doesn’t seem catchy to me & I probably will never use it. On the other hand I use quotes like measure twice cut once or I have a better chance of getting hit by lightning on a submarine or It’s like sending a shark to a swimming pool to supervise children.
