Chicago Med… thoughts?

So I just started watching Chicago Med last night and I’ve already binged almost the entire first season (I couldn’t sleep at 1am and it’s now 10 and I’m on episode 8).

So I started watching it because I always used to see the commercials for it and people always recommended it. I don’t regret my decision to binge all night 😂

I feel like every 5 seconds of the show someone is having a seizure or there’s a major artery being burst open so it’s kinda predictable at times but I’m too deep into it now.

Have you watched? What are your thoughts?

I prefer Chicago PD and Chicago Fire although Chicago PD went downhill after season 8 and Chicago Fire went downhill after season 5. I thought i’d need Chicago Med but thankfully the CPD and CFD dvds include the Med crossover episodes so its unnecessary. I intend to buy Chicago Med Season 1 someday but i’m in no rush. I’m not a Torrey Devitto/Yaya Decosta/Oliver Platt fan so they kinda ruin the show for me a bit. I’d rather start Station 19 before that one. Also, the new show Fire Country comes on tonight I believe.

I've never watched a full episode of it, mainly because it's the first on, then Chicago Fire, then Chicago PD. I like Chicago Fire best; I like the stories and the characters. Chicago PD was ok for a while and I still watch it sometimes, but it seems to have gone downhill lately.

I might binge watch Chicago Med sometime in the future, but overall I've never been one to get into medical dramas.

It used to be interesting, as well as Chicago Fire. (We tried Chicago PD, but couldn’t keep up with all three.) However it got much less interesting after including lgbt and having too many sexual scenes.

I watch all of the Chicago shows. They are all good. I like that they do not have a lot of political stuff even though it would be an easy target considering how bad it is there in real life.

You can watch it on Netflix and peacock. Netflix only has up to season 5 though and peacock has all 8 seasons

I actually love Chicago Med but some of the characters become so annoying it can be hard to watch

I watch all three, Chicago Med, PD and Fire. My favorite is Fire, PD is second and Med is third. Med is worth watching but there are a few episodes from time to time that aren’t awesome.

Yea an no. Like the situations are situations that could def happen but they make it wayyy more frantic and there’s a heart stopped at least twice an episode 😂

I didn't like casey so im good with that. Only characters on that show i liked were Mills, Shay, Hawkins, and Stella. But lately Stellaride is getting old. And Gabby was gorgeous but a nuisance. I hate Brett returned because she's only likable when she's dating the preacher dude

No they just got married. But the actor/actress themselves no longer share chemistry. Both took time away from the show at diff points of past seasons. Maybe they dont get along on set
