Do you get a product and use it just because of what services it is giving to you? Or, do you also consider the way in which it is presented to you?

I came up with this question because of the number of paid music subscriptions I currently have. Spotify, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, and at last Airtel Wynk. But I only use Spotify out of all the mentioned.

I not only focus on what they are providing, which is essentially the same, licensed music; but also on the way it is presented to me, and what is recommended to me. In terms of recommendation, YouTube Music and Spotify are the best. In terms of interface, for me, Spotify is the best.

What I hate about Amazon Music and Wynk. The Amazon Music app does not work great. It is very difficult for me to navigate through the app. And it is really slow. I also do not like its whole layout. The theme and all. I find it very confusing when operating that app.

Airtel Wynk app is really compact. You will know when you use it. I feel suffocated in that app.

Do you get a product and use it just because of what services it is giving to you? Or, do you also consider the way in which it is presented to you?
