Yes 100% for sure you have to understand everything on this planet vibrates people with high anxiety I've always said that it's something in the air that they feel it's a vibration that they feel when they're in certain areas and maybe that's what brings on the anxiety but just like music it vibrates there's different sounds from vibration different tones and if you can feel those tones in those sounds within it's created energy and when you create energy in two energies become one it is the most beautiful feeling in the world
Have you ever listened to the song that makes you happy or True song that makes you cry that's the reason why it's it's vibrating and there's a frequency that Tunes in with yours and it makes you feel certain ways certain things just like people we have energy within us when we get around to other people with the same frequency or the same megahertz that we project out of our bodies through energy you will feel beautiful or bad feelings
If you start learning anything about energy you will see that we are more than just human beings we are very special human beings the things that we are capable of doing the things that our body projects 15 ft around us is an energy is it frequency when you dial into other people's frequencies it is beautiful so yes I'm going to have to say yes I love music10 Reply

Bad for me, I'm a fool but I can't end it
Far from love, but I'm stuck
Staying while you kiss me, saying that you miss me
Hate it when you tempt me
Waiting for you, even how you treat me
You're my baby even when you leave me
Maybe I'm the one to blame
Maybe I'm the cause of the pain
Waiting for you, even how you treat me
You're my baby even when you leave me
Maybe I'm the problem and the one that's causing all of this
I can't say I love you no more
'Cause my friends going to judge me for sure
It took some time but I realized
You do me wrong but it feels right
I can't say I love you no more
'Cause my friends going to judge me for sure
It took some time but I realized
You do me wrong but it feels rightFeels like I am stuck on you.

+1 yI donβt expect other people to do this, but I try to avoid music with depressing lyrics cause some people say that lyrics predict your future when you absorb them into your mind. I listen to traditional religious music by highly regarded musicians in the religious music industry that I can trust not to hand me a negative sounding sentence in their song.

Absolutely yes. But that's for me. I'm sure there are a lot of people for whom music doesn't do much.

+1 yI canβt say one way or another. Obviously the music itself wonβt help in the healing process but potentially the psychological effects could aid in healing.
That said you can aid in your recovery by having the right diet and doing the right amount exercise.
You can also try getting the right amount of sleep and sunlight.10 ReplyYes it does. It has the ability tom transform a dismal day into a dreamy one, or make your mood more upbeat. It can put you in a great mood. Animals that listen to classical music show they appreciate it and are calmed by it. As a music lover, I can';t stress how important music is tome in life.
00 ReplyI think it's often helpful in providing a kind of distraction from whatever it is that's bothering you. I would say it depends to a great extent what you're trying to recover from, and how receptive you are to the effects of music.

It can hurt and heal all at once.
You gotta feel that hurt while you're healing in order to appreciate the hurt going away, or at least being paid attention to, once again.
Oh, yeah...
10 Reply361 opinions shared on Entertainment & Arts topic. Shoot me but I don't think so. Maybe because other things beside music has healed me. Music may stick in my head rent free but to heal me? I can't pull up any memories

00 Reply1.1K opinions shared on Entertainment & Arts topic. I don't know about healing, but it can't hurt. We may learn something from a song or a book or a movie or an answer on GAG that makes us more forgiving of ourselves.
10 ReplyI'm not sure but I can say it always puts me in a happy and peppy mood. I always have music playing in the background. 🎶😎

Why?
- +1 y
Because it's an illusion. Lot of songs these days glorify sadness, depression, betrayal, cheating and other upsetting feelings which usually start from trying to relate to the listener's condition (even when it doesn't, we try to relate to it) then they escalate to hopeless situations, other songs include curse and swear words, while others still normalise pervertedness and sexual vulgarity. Be that as it may, I am religious enough to be not moved by it much because music and Qur'an can't stay in one's mind together and not create much conflict in the mind.
