Saddest song ever:It can have a therapeutic effect, but it can also remind me of someone or something, both positive and negative. As far as sad music goes, it can go either way depending on the song and my mood.
Instrumental music is especially therapeutic for some reason. Not sure why.Depends what sort of sadness or happiness you're looking for.
