In my opinion, a climate change catastrophe would be the most difficult scenario to face because the effects would be widespread and long-lasting. It has the potential to cause significant destruction and devastation to our planet, and it could dramatically alter our way of life. An AI rebellion or a viral pandemic are also serious crises that can have devastating consequences, but an alien invasion or a vampire/Strigoi invasion are less likely to occur and may be easier to address or prevent. Overall, I think facing a climate change catastrophe would be the most alarming and concerning scenario.

I'd pick Alien Invasion on the off chance that they would be interested in making peace. Obviously an Alien race hell bent on our destruction would be horrible and doom humanity... but maybe they would be open to diplomacy after they learn more about us.

All the other scenario's pose certain death.
