Have someone forced you to do an activity you didn't want to do?

My mother book a ticket to parachute this summer and I feel that Im going to die... she did it without consulting it with me because she says there is only one life 😭

I will do it, like Im scared as hell but like she says there is only one life. I think that if no one force me I would never try it 😂

First of all, you really really do NOT need to do this. Parachuting is not completely safe - there is enough risk that you should only do it if its something you would actively enjoy.

I've done it - its was fun, but its the type of thing I enjoy - I like climbing mountains, I fly planes. Heights are exciting and fun for me - so plummeting toward the ground at 150 mph, wind making my face go all funny, was neat.

But if you don't like that sort of thing don't do it. I have mild claustrophobia, so I'd reject any plans someone had to go caving, or snorkeling. I'm sure they are fun for others but would be miserable for me.

Also, you don't have to get into the car. Or the plane. And the crew chief won't let you jump if he feels you'll be a danger to you or the others and if you're reluctant to jump you're a danger.

Yes, I was bamboozled into going to a concert. I had never heard of this group, I was told they played a song I liked - they didn't. It stunk! End of story.
