It's a hit or miss. Honestly, it's my favorite! And I'm one of those maybe few people in this world who enjoys it. It could be genetic.

Yes. I eat liver all two weeks. Beef with brown onion and wine sauce or pork liver roasted together slowly with onions. Duck liver is good as well but difficult to obtain if you don't buy an entire duck because 95% of duck and goose livers in EU land on French tables as Foie gras
I like a bit patè now and then and I don't mind a little liver mixed in a meat dish but I've never fancied it sliced on a plate

I've never had it before. However, I've heard it has more iron than a steak. I think I've only seen it in the form of pate in Amish restaurants (always have to remember it isn't chocolate spread).
I used to like it during childhood when I didn’t really know what it was, but now that I understand it’s from an organ, the idea of it is disgusting to me and I won’t eat it.
But what matters is the taste and it doesn't harm you.
No, I can't get past the smell when its being prepared.
It's savory!
🤢🤢 I don’t even know the taste of it but I have a bit of an aversion to raw meat so seeing that, now I couldn’t ever enjoy liver if I tried it.
First time I saw liver, it was at the meat shop and of course it's raw and I thought it looked interesting so I asked my mom some of it then I like it. It's a bitter but it's savoriness just wins it for me. There are methods for removing it;s bitterness tho but I like it as is.
My father used to cook liver. I couldn't even stand the smell nevermind eat it. The only liver I like is my own.
It's good shit.
