I'm not 100% sure and I might have to think on it but, off the top of my head, I'd have to say, "Incantations" by Mike Oldfield. One song spread across 4 sides of an album.
"Consequences" by Godley & Creme is supposed to be one song spread across 6 sides of an album but, I think it's actually broken down into smaller tracks across the 6 sides.
I've been away from my records for 4 years so, I'd have to think about it in case there might be one or two that's longer.

Todd Rundgren had one that was just over 36:00 on one side. Side 2 of Initiation. Another he did on the first Utopia album was exactly 30:00. And, each of the first 3 Mike Oldfield albums were one song across two sides. The full length version of, "Tubular Bells" is over 50:00.
Tangerine Dream has, "Tangram", one song across both sides running at least 43:00. I would include their album,. "Logos", which is over 50:00 long but, side two has a 6:00 track at the end of the other song on the album so, "Logos", itself, is actually only about 45:00 long.
