Do you collect music DVDs/Blu-Rays? If so, what are your favourites?

I use to until I realized CD’s and DVD’s don’t hold up for long periods of time , they eventually get warped and lose their color. I had a huge collection that didn’t last , so I stopped collecting them , Nowadays we can just stream music from our tvs and phones so we no longer really need the album , you can listen to a whole album from streaming. I feel Vinyls are the way to go if you want to collect music cuz they hold up as long as you don’t scratch them and keep them safe

What the hell are you doing to your CD's and DVDs?

I have discs that are 25 years old that still play fine.

Must been from moisture or temps , most of my collection got ruined

Both but not all bands release their material on vinyl, but if it is available, I will place an order.

Definitely! I've got shelves full of CDs all the way from when I was a teenager in the late 80s up until now. I know I can stream music but that feels like cheating somehow. It doesn't feel real until I have the CD. Some of my favourites are:

Use to but most everything is online in some capacity. I only kept the DVDs that I knew would likely never be found online. Also most places like do not pay much for them anyway.

I have a few boxes of dvds. Its more for collecting. I do not even watch them if they are on a streaming site

It's been a while since I've bought anything new, but I always check for old vinyl or CD's at the 2nd hand stores.

Yes I like collecting music dvds. So far my favorite is Rush: Time Machine. But since our only record store closed down its been really tricky to find them.

I used to, but not any more. I still have the ones that I bought before I stopped because the new technology made them obsolete.

I have just gotten benjiman button on bluray. I would love to get Walk hard as well. Its hard to find. My collection is still very small.
