Oh you and your hippie French music. I tell ya...

    (Kidding.)

For my part, I actually have to have a boring answer. I grew up with one parent who - as a hobby - was a part-time jazz musician. (In fact, made two albums.) The other parent loved classical music. Throw in pretty standard pop fare from y high school years and my tastes were pretty good.

There really is not anything that, looking back, I am embarrassed by. In fact, I'm even kind of proud of my tastes.

Sorry to be so boring, but it if it helps, I'll blame my parents.

So you've had good taste in music since you were a kid. You made a perfect score lol.

I was really a fan of this music , I found it so romantic 😭😂

Uhmm, not quite my tastes, but to each his or her own.

Romantic, though? Your wedding is going to be quite the rock concert!!

Oh I meant the style of music you listened to when you were younger. You've retained a consistency of good taste, haha.

If I get married one day, there will be rap music everywhere 😂 the guests will have a blast 😂

Oh, I thought your last sentence was referring to the song you posted. As to your wedding, I will be honored to come but be advised I will be wearing cotton in my ears.

Oh yes, my last sentence about romantic music was about the song I posted.

I'd ask the DJ to put on some Jazz just for you, so you can enjoy the evening without cotton in your ears. Maybe I could educate your children's ears to appreciate Rap, parents will forgive me, won't they? 😂

In my early teens, I listened to bands like The Beatles, The Doors, Steppenwolf, Cream, the Stones, Jefferson Airplane, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, and stuff like that. I really liked progressive and psychedelic rock, but also liked surf music, pop, MoTown and lots of other music. Then new bands like Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Jethro Tull, Uriah Heep, Yes, Aerosmith, and Journey came on the scene.

I liked a lot of different music, but I was a lead guitarist so I was really into bands with hot guitarists.

I turned 16 in 1970 and went to hundreds of concerts during that decade.

None, that I know of. There's a few SONGS that I can't stand anymore that I used to like when I was kid. "Brown Eyed Girl", ""Cracklin' Rosie" (sort of), I kinda like "Free Bird" when it first came out but very quickly got tired of it and can't stand it, anymore, "Sweet Home Alabama" is quickly climbing up my shit list.

I'm not ashamed of any of it. I had to go through my teens to get where I am now. Should I have enjoyed the New Seekers as much as I did? I don't honestly know.

Not ashamed of anything. I always hated modern pop, hip-hop, and rap crap, so I have nothing to be embarrassed about.

Wow I can see why you'd be ashamed of that.

I can't think of anything personally that I used to like that really disgusts me now. But there is music from then that I either didn't know about or didn't like that I do like now.

    nothing

it is actually the opposite , as teenager i hate boysband music ( like backstreet boys , westlife , nsync, etc), they were really popular on 90's

but now i love it , because it feels nostalgic

    I couldn’t make it to ten seconds…🤮.

I’m not ashamed of anything I ever listened to. I might not like it now but it was all quality then and better than most electronic stuff now.
