Should I remove the twist thing in the middle and just make the woman’s thighs bigger?

It’s suppose to be a woman and a man? Maybe I can add hair to the man’s arms?

I say yes to removing the twist, but not to make it look bigger, I just think it'll look better. As for the hair, I wouldn't, women also have hair and it's natural. So I think making the bodies look a lot alike aside from basic shape says a lot about how we're more the same than you'd think.
