Yes. I'm a huge fan of Babylon 5, and rewatch it every few years. I wasn't exactly due for one yet, but then I discovered that a new project for it had been announced- an animated movie, starring most of the cast who's still alive (they've tended to die appallingly young; at one point, more of the core cast of the original Star Trek was still alive than the core cast of B5, despite that show being thirty years older).
B5 had a five-season story arc, and one of the conditions the creator had was that it not extend beyond that, but after it ended, he realized that the universe had more stories to tell. The first attempt, Crusade, holds a TV speed record for being canceled; it was before a single frame had aired. The network DID show all thirteen episodes, though not in the right order. The second attempt, Legend of the Rangers, was... well, we don't talk about that. The third attempt was a series of shorter vignettes, direct to video, and while it did far better than the prior two, it didn't have NEARLY the budget needed to do the series justice; it's pretty much kenopsia incarnate. After that, the creator (Joe Straczynski, or JMS) decided he wasn't going forward until he could get the funding the projects called for. Given how expensive animation is, it was an odd choice- but given how much older the surviving actors are, and how many core characters have had to be recast, it makes sense.
Unfortunately, the new movie is only being released on streaming (which I don't have) and "blu-ray", which I don't have a player for- and given what the possible plans are for post-purchase editing, have no intention or desire to GET a player for. But since I know some people who DO have streaming subscriptions, I'll probably start asking around- once I finish the rewatch I've begun. B5 ran for five seasons; 110 episodes, of which over 100 were written by JMS himself. As a result, the level of solidity in the worldbuilding is unmatched anywhere else I've seen, and the show is fantastic for rewatching; every time I do, I see something I missed before.

What ya talking about Willis 😋 I do like to watch some old tv shows from time to time that are classics to me , Different Strokes is definitely one of them, Three’s Company and Too close for comfort , Soap to name a few are classics to me. Some of the older shows I try to watch again today , I think to myself , How in the hell did I watch this shit lol it just goes to show how much technology advanced through the years , I tried watching Airwolf and Knight Rider again and it was cheesy as hell to me lol , Currently I been watching The Flintstones again and I been laughing my ass off , mainly because I understand the adult humor nowadays compared to when I was a kid
Firefly. Pretty wild that it's over 20 years old.
I had a pretty big crush on Kaylee, the mechanic.
There was another show I watched a while back, maybe it was last year? Called The 4400. It was about 4400 people that disappeared in time, then all came back, I think it was at the same time. It was a sort of SciFi mystery, that slowly evolved. Pretty fun show, and they did a reboot a while back as well but I haven't seen it.

Touching. yeah i did wanna see them together.
When I hang out with my Dad it seems Gunsmoke is always on. Amazing how many episodes there are, but then it was the longest running TV show before being passed up by the Simpsons.
The old B&W episodes tend to be better than the color ones.
It's not 10 years yet, not until next year, but I have binge watched Lost at least twice. Nothing else other than that.
Different Strokes was a great show by the way.
No, not currently but if I were to it would be "The Wire."
Definitely! I have been watching the early years of NCIS and recently started watching "The 100". Hours and hours of that stuff!
