For me, it's either Hans Zimmer or John Williams.
I love every movie score created by Hans Zimmer (his score for the new movie 'The Creator' is absolutely brilliant !)
John William ranks alongside him for me, and Enio Moriccone rounds up my 3 favourites

John Williams, no doubt. To have the iconic scores he's produced is insane.
John Williams. Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Jaws, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, E. T. etc 👍🙂
John Williams. I am not sure if I heard anything Hans Zimmer has done. Doesn't mean that I haven't. I just don't know if I have.
Ennio Morricone. I'm sure there are many other good ones but usually the music is just in the background and I don't even notice it.
whoever hits the bell in Top Gun movie and the taco bell commercials.
