Dialogue, character development, and overall good storytelling of knowing how to evoke emotion. Same goes for cinematography. Anyway, I recently finished Hunter x Hunter a month ago, which was good especially with Yoshihisa Hirano having done the music (Death Note). Currently, I am on my third attempt of trying to watch JoJo, but I've actually gotten into it this time and I am on part 4. As for favorites think like Samurai Champloo, Berzerk, Bleach, One Punch Man, etc.

  Attack on Titan, Fruits Basket -- I finally finished Hunter x Hunter a few months ago. I've also watched Chainsaw Man, Spy x Family (haven't watched the new episodes yet), and there are few that I've started and just keep forgetting about like Inuyasha, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Cowboy Bebop.

  @Still-alive it's about these students at a school with different powers called jujutsu sorcerers and how the main character gets his and they fight against monsters called curses which are super natural, in a way it's kinda like yuyu hakusho if you've ever seen that, thats about all I can say without spoiling much but it's definitely my hands down favorite of the newer animes if not favorite of all time
