Despite having never played it, I can safely say Starfield. It's a descendant of Daggerfall, a game so buggy that you could walk into a store, loiter around until after it closed, steal everything off the shelves (as the "store" version of shelves switched to the "chest" version, like it would if you broke in), then turn around and sell them back to the merchant, who'd be standing right there, HAVING WATCHED THE WHOLE THING.

The game was not nicknamed "Buggerfall" because of rampant sodomy.

Buggest? I'll just assume that's slang for "most fun" and will go with Witchfire. Though it is unfortunately in the pre-release phase and so unfinished.
