    1. You relied on one article which does NOT state that she was charged with manslaughter.

    2. Other reports indicate that she has been charged with second degree murder.

    3. The facts of which I became aware do not suggest that this is a case of first degree murder.

    4. If you use only this one case and extract a rule to govern all cases, you could say that if a white woman kills a black man, she will never be charged with first degree murder. However, that is not the rule, either. Or, if an OnlyFans model kills someone, they won't be charged with murder. But that, also, is not the rule.

How do you know what I relied on. I posted a link that tells the story... don't assume you can just ask. 2nd degree murder is equivalent to manslaughter. If she stabbed him, she had an intent to kill him, and her actions led to his death. That is 1st degree murder.
Your 4th point is an assumption. No one mentioned any theory

Do you work in the criminal justice system or are you an attorney. There is a huge difference between murder and manslaughter.

You posted a link and that most people post a link that actually supports the facts which they are stating in their post. What source did you rely on when you said that she had been charged with manslaughter?

@boggboss I really dislike people posting misinformation on this site because, unfortunately, too many people will read it and believe it!

Actually it's exceedingly rare that the charges would ever be different, but punishment is a different story.

Society has always wanted to protect women more than men. And almost automatically make the man the problem. This proved with Johnny Depp vs Amber Heart. Even when she was proven guilty by court, a lot of people still refused to believe Johnny Depp.

Via investigations it was deemed in self defence who is to say it was ot wasn't none of us was their but courts have always taken a lighter stance on women but thats down to how sociaty have viewed women

There numerous videos of her beating him up and none of them shows any violence from his side. And when she stabbed him in the leg a week earlier that was also "self defence" when she was a side chick broke her ex bodybuilder's jaw and lied to make up for it and ruined his career that was also "self defence" yeah sure throw emotional abuse in there if you wish lol

Second degree murder if they tried for first they wouldn't be able to prove it in court the laws defining first degreee require premedataion unless she had told someone what she had planned or had it written down or traveled to him with it they could never prove that in court
