I can recognize physical attractiveness in people even if they are terrible people. Doesn't mean I want anything to do with him tho. Ted Bundy was a handsome man. There's no emotion involved. Looks≠catching feelings lol. How someone looks is just superficial. It's not emotions or feelings at all. No different than saying a painting is pretty or a sunset. Doesn't mean you love it. It's just visual. Same way heterosexual men can say a guy is handsome but not have feelings for that guy. Or a heterosexual woman can say another woman is hot.

Saying someone is good looking doesn't mean you want to be with them in any way. It's just a superficial description of their looks.

When you see an attractive actress and you think she's beautiful, you don't even know her. You don't know her personality, you don't know anything about her. You're only looking at her looks but you think she's hot. Not because of any action at all but based purely on looks. Facts. So she's beautiful on the surface even though you don't know anything about her at all. You're just judging based on her looks.

If she kicks a baby. She's a terrible person but her bone structure and her facial symmetry doesn't change at all. Physically, the thing you find attractive doesn't ever change.

Doesn't mean you want to marry her lol. But she's still a pretty person based on looks alone. She doesn't magically look like a hag and morbidly obese in your eyes. She still looks the same on the surface. Even if you think she's a bad person inside.
