How to stop having silly dreams?

I had a dream my friends and I had a play. They were Batman and a Spiderman and I was a superwoman but was wearing Cinderella dress.

In the middle of the play, on a stage I forgot the script and the play ended.

I just wonder why do I have such silly dreams? What’s wrong with me 🤣🤣

Dreams are how are unconscious mind sorts everything out while we rest our bodies. Disney (before it started going overly-woke) made a good movie called "Inside Out". It deals with a gal's emotions (each portrayed by a character) plus many trips into her subconscious. It's funny, but very much on point with how we deal with dreams.

Long story short, it won't happen. Your brain will handle dreams how ever it has to handle dreams. You may simply be remembering the "silly" ones since silly things are usually easier to remember than the plain, simple things.

FYI- In my "dream world", there is a type of "parallel universe". I have my folks home, but with certain changes, but they are consistent from dream to dream whenever their house is in the dream. I have my college, but there are certain- yet consistent- differences there as well. And so on, etc.

But if there is certain something in one dream, if it comes up in a future dream, it will still maintain its own "sameness" from dream to dream.

Listen to brown noise & remind yourself to lucid dream before you sleep. I got so good at it that I used to be able to control my dreams. Now I don't because I want to avoid having sleep paralysis dreams. I tend to have more of them when I attempt to lucid dream.

What's th problem with having silly dreams?
It doesn't hurt anyone as long as you don't feel bad about it.

I'd say there's nothing wrong with you.
I mean you're probably not perfect, so maybe there is something wrong with you (realisticly speaking, not to be rude),
but not for having silly dreams.

Superwoman is very strong and Cinderella is very feminine.
Maybe there is some part of you to like to combine them?

Considering you are an actress with leg problem you are thinking of getting back to it as early as possible.

You should see the positives and I think it will irk you but you should settle down soon. The way you are now, please understand not everyone is into the beautiful core that you have.

Multiple factors are in *Snicker* Play when it comes to dreams;
Temperature = is it too warm/cold when You wake.

Food = Did You eat right before laying down, if so what did you eat.

Experience = What happened in the day/right before sleep.

Sanity = Believe it or not dreams are a coping mechanism.

Prophetic dreams = Have You had experiences similar to one in dreams prior to waking.

Only You can answer those but it is a place to start.
