Is it normal not to dream?

My younger brother that 18 told me he doesn’t dream anymore and that when he was little he did. I told him that he is probably not aware that he dreams and when he wakes up he doesn’t remember but would it be normal if someone doesn’t dream at all?

I think it’s normal, my sister barely ever dreams neither does my boyfriend. I have vivid dreams every night though
