I stayed up late Netflixing and chillin binge-watching this new British series called "One Day" last night with little sleep when I have work the next day. Omgershhh, I couldn't wait to finish it after I was off work today. The ending struck me hard... and my heart felt a bit broken (spoilers if you are planning to watch it). I just can't believe it is now over and the ending! :" ( haha. I just googled to find out that this show is based on a novel (no wonder, it was so good!). I might just buy the novel now haha. I loved the timeline and the different life stages the characters went through to get to where they are at the end...
+1 yThere's a lot. On netflix, Cyberpunk Edge Runners stands out for me. I watched it in the end of 2022 and loved it.. Now I'm rewatching it, and it's just as awesome as I watched it the first time. The story, the characters, the music.. Just amazing. And tragic. Makes me want to play the game on PC too.

I watched EVERY late 50's to early 70's Western.(I'm called "Cowboy.") "Brian's Song," the story of the interracial friendship between Bears running backs Gale Sayers and Brian Piccolo brought tears, also "Pride Of The Yankees," the not-so-great but riveting story about ill-fated (ALS, the fatal neuro-muscular disease named after him) Yankees first baseman Lou Gehrig started me sobbing.

+1 yWell in the 80's it was mostly A-Team, Magnum PI, Alf for some reason, Night Court, Growing Pains, etc. I didn't watch much in the 90's but Beavis and Butthead was the shit, along with the Simpsons, Married With Children (Big impact) Roseanne, Home Improvement. I'd say the mid 2000's left the biggest impact though. The Office, It's Always Sunny, House MD, My Name is Earl were fuckin bangers! That's what she said..
00 Replyfrom you can see from my pp the vampire diaries lol
joke aside it really did left an impact, it effected how i see my friends and to treasure my brotherhood with them.
00 ReplySiren. The series was so interesting and compelling, and then it ended on such a cliffhanger. To this day I'm still mad about it.

It is a series revolving around humans dealing with predatory mermaids, hence the reason why it's called siren. It ended with one of the key main characters disappearing without any explanation of he survived or not. So many questions that for sure was gonna be explained in the next season and then they end the series all together.

You can buy it on amazon, or you could watch it on freeform (I don't know if it's still free though.) There are three seasons. But I'm just telling you right now the ending will leave you confused as all heck and angry because they left us off on a cliffhanger and never continued the series.
+1 yThe only show I can think of is The Last Kingdom.
Movies however id say Kingdom of Heaven, The Godfather, Office Space, and The Count of Monte Cristo.
