All the main human characters are black… So where are the people who usually preach about the need and importance of diversity?

Almost seems like their idea for diversity is not white 🤷🏼‍♂️

I really don't understand those types of people who demand ethnic or racial diversity, but I think this movie looks nice being ethnically homogeneous. I would like to see more like this from a variety of cultures, but also including white/European cultures, without forcefully trying to diversify the characters this way.

So this is a good example in my opinion of "diversity", as in diversifying stories from a variety of cultural backgrounds. A bad example to me of "diversity" is trying to shove people of color into a Lord of the Rings franchise trying to make it as though a fantasy setting based on Middle Age Europe is supposed to resemble Los Angeles in terms of ethnic diversity.

of course no complaints! they were never sincere, about diverse minorities nor real diversity it was just a camouflage for an agenda like naacp, didn't help minorities.

and nigeria has some whites... should include the "local minority" same as big bang theory included indian actor as a main character.

It's Disney. You really need to admit that they're nothing like what they used to be and just move on.

Diversity isn't just about there being an arbitrary mix of people if different ethnicities in a movie. It's more about telling stories from different perspectives and cultures.
