Yes, I like a whole bunch of different styles of music , Music is pretty much a big part of my life. I am mainly into progressive rock but I enjoy other styles as well. I also play Bass guitar and I enjoy bands that have a kick ass bass player and drummer , Why Rush is my favorite band of all time. So I love listening to bands with talent mainly, but I enjoy pretty much every genre of music to a certain extent. I even enjoy EDM / Techno music as well and lately some country , which I was never really a fan of country music until recently there have been some good country artists coming out. My guilty pleasure band is Paramore , I think Haley Williams has a beautiful voice and I love a lot of their songs. I don’t really consider her hot , but her singing makes her hot as hell lol

ANYONE that listens to Piano Sonata #14 in C# minor (moonlight Sonata) by Beethoven will forever remember that piece, and hopefully love many other timeless classical pieces

Ludwig Beethoven. Love all three movements. He never named it moonlight sonata. That was later coined by another Ludwig that reminded him of Lake Lucerne, Switzerland, on a full moon. Beethoven named it, Sonata Quasi Una Fantasia, or in German: Sonate im Stil einer Fantasie

That is the next piece I want to play. Now working on Minuete #2 - Bach, and I am having enough problems mastering that piece.

How long have you been playing? I've played since I was 21. Johann S Bach was one of the people I learned how to sight read, sides carols and kid's songs. My first Bach piece was Minuet in G minor. After a few years, I had a tough time with Chopin. Still working on Liszt, Sorabji, and Stravinsky. I still wrestle with some Mozart songs.

Have been concentrating on the piano for less than six months. Started with Violin, and added piano a year later... Can play the Minute on the violin, and learned the Treble Clef there, but the piano is much more difficult for me learning to combine Base Clef and Treble Clef, as the hand coordination is difficult for me. I have laid the violin down for now, as it was causing me some shoulder problems and have since resolved that.

Violin is hard to learn. I tried, I did. Granted piano has the most notes and tones, next to harp, but the violin takes a special person to play. I can strum a guitar and have my callouses and all to play violin, I just mess up too many notes compared to piano and the guitar. 6 months? Going from a string to a percussion can be a weird change! You're on the right track learning Bach.

Yeah, all the time. It's soothing, but I also love old classical jazz. Then of course about 1% of my brain has 80s-90s pop music rattling around in it and another 1% has more contemporary music filtering through it -- some sticks because of the catchy tune/lyrics and some doesn't.
