When I was in corporate, we'd get a half-hour for lunch, and AM and PM break time. It's not difficult to sit for a couple hours until lunch or break. So it was "planned" company time, if that's a category. And if we needed an additional break for an emergency, so be it. They got far more out of me than their "typical" worker. My wife would tell me to give "only 110%" since my typical cruising level is about 130-140%.
