Is myheritage DNA test results true or false? Have you done it before?

I did the myheritage DNA test for funny since I had some money over to burn... mostly because I was bored.

So I got the results today and I find it very interesting and could be 80% trustworthy, however that is just my thoughts. I don't know if it's really true or just a scam.

I've done it, and the results were spot on based on what I already knew of where my ancestors came from. Also, it has put me and my siblings in touch with relatives we never knew we had.

So when you have that test then what does it actually tell you

It tells me where my ancestors may come from. The different heritage you have in your DNA

Yeah that's something that I would be interested in learning about myself too I know I'm part Irish I don't know what else

I think so to for a couple reason.
My mom was Irish
And I'm not sure what my dad was

But I'm curious . Just because the way everything happens in life

. I didn't really know my Dad but he passed away like 9 months ago my mom passed away about 8 months ago. She didn't even know that he passed away

And my son just had a baby with his girlfriend his last name is the same as mine and the same as my dad's

It is girlfriend's last name is the same as my mom's maiden last name what are the odds of that so I'm just curious for a lot of different reasons

You don't say what your current ethnicity is but a basic understanding of your counties history should give you a better breakdown of your dna profile.

Majority of the result is true, since I already know a bit about my family history/my orgin

Repeat it at another company and the results should be the same.

Well i was surprised to find out that I am 5% Skandinavien. I mean fate has always lead me to some Skandinavien people in my life, even before I was born

Its like I am surprised by all the resultz, but at the same time I am not surprised.
