There aren’t many anime with pretty darkskinned characters as Japan has a whole racism problem that’s really strongly evident in their media. The closest I could think of where there’s a somewhat positive association would be Carole & Tuesday, or maybe Revolutionary Girl Utena if you want to go old school.

No I don't know their names cause they're not the popular ones like Bleach, One Piece, My Hero Academia etc. And the characters were forgetable even. Is Totally Spies anime? cause one of the main character is black in it.
