Though that same bit was repeated weekly in the early years of SNL, that particular episode was probably the most prolonged tirade.

It was nice to see it once again.

it was back when people were not offended by their own shadow.
Look at the movie blazing Saddles, there is now way it could be made today.
When they show it on tv it is done in about 3 minutes because of everything they had to take out.
