Trending & News What was the last thing you subscribed to and what was the last one you cancelled?

never in my life had one... and I do remember when actual magazines were a thing, but I wouldn't buy them regularly either... lol
I had friends who would get them, and I would check those out instead, and of course... they were all about sports and some about videogames
Currently I do not have any. I used to subscribe to Popular Science, Popular Mechanics, Pickup, Van and 4 WD, PC Magazine and a long time ago i had a subscription to High Fidelity magazine.
Like actually paper copies? None. I do get Apple News through the Apple One subscription. That has most of the major magazines and newspapers.
Only one â Classic Rock.
I currently have subscriptions to a couple of art and film magazines like "ArtForum" and "Sight & Sound." The most recent subscription I added was to "Juxtapoz" magazine, which is fantastic for keeping up with contemporary art and culture. The last subscription I canceled was "Vanity Fair." I simply preferred to focus more on niche publications related to my specific interests. 🎨🖌ď¸

None right now. Last one was 2 years of Family Handyman, but I found that after a year, many of the functions and skills taught became redundant, so I dropped that. Decades ago I had Popular Science, Model Railroader, and Scientific American.
I liked Family Handyman. I learned a lot of stuff from it. But now it's just easier to check it out on You Tube.
Yes. I found out how to replace the glow coil on my stove and the motor link on my clothes washer transmission that way- saved a hundred $ service call each time. Kreg tools has some great DIY videos- lots of good hints, follow the info and it's goof proof. Disclaimer - I get nip-zero-nada for the mention - I just like their stuff and service/help staff.
0, the only two I ever had in my life were American chemical society and Cheaper than dirt. ACS I had to get for a research grant, and cancelled it after I got all 5 coffee mugs. Cheaper than dirt moved online over a decade ago.
Last one was the Folio Society in the UK. Traditionally crafted editions of books. Beautiful workmanship but had to cancel after a year or so because I moved overseas and the shipping costs were too high.
No more, cancelled them years ago by not paying for them anymore, I had a life subscription to one but they went out of business so I guess wonât do that again
Ever subscribe to MAD Magazine?
No but they are discontinued, I think my friends did in high school
I havenât had any subscriptions in 10+ years. My last subscription was Sports Illustrated. But now I can get the same info from various sports/news agencies on the internet.
None any longer.
