What’s one thing you want to have in your dream house?

Dryness. It’s so hard to find houses without mould problems in my area. In our current rental we have to wipe the house down with bleach every 2 months to get rid of mould on the walls, behind furniture, windowsills etc.

A greenhouse, but we simply don't have the space and my wife says we have already used up all space on out property. I was thinking of purchasing nearby property but she's not so hot on the idea.
