I believe that NANI doesn't have any rights to be video taping anyone with what they think is a menta l illness - HIPPA laws give a person protection against your personal medical and mental records and information about you to anyone.
NAMI shouldn't be in the video with a person like this guy in the video because he is protected by HIPPA laws and they aren't supposed to be video taping anyone especially if they are going to show it to other people.
They are breaking the laws!!
