Not sure if they would fear him but they wouldn't survive. Not sure what their specific powers are or if they are just humans though. Hulk has been dealing with supernatural entities and after the green door storyline hulk is bassically immortal. Some versions of hulk may be scared of them but a different hulk would take over and just smash them.

They aren't totally alive... more like supernatural beings that live on some kind of hateful drive to destroy. More like a cross between a ghost, terminator robot and a zombie with FULL mental abilities, ninja abilities. They have way more self control than the Hulk. Also can transfer themselves into another person. For example if you thought you killed them off 100% by chopping off their head... maybe 1-10 years later they would re-appear and seem to be back like before even if they had to posses another person's body to do it.

And they are stronger than normal people but not as strong as the Hulk. Their weakness is they tend to move slow and have to get close to you to surprise attack you. But if you don't even know they're around that doesn't help you.

They're both crazy and have weapons, The Hulk is sane and just uses his bare hands.

Problem is there's comics where Hulk was literally dissected and all of his organs put into different jars, head in a jar, and so on. He was still conscious and undead. Not only that but he could wish himself to re-assemble and all of the parts would forcefully re-connect... like super powerful magnets attracting each other. So the only real way to kill him is old age (maybe)... and we're talking a guy who can live a million years probably.
